Kai C. Jones, MLRHR
President
Kai is the President of Advance Talent and holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Labor Relations & Human Resources from Cleveland State University. Prior to her role with Advance Talent, Kai was a member of the senior management team at Litigation Management, Inc. (LMI), where she served in various human resources, operations and management roles. In her most recent role as Director of Organizational Development, Kai successfully developed and implemented programs to align the workforce with company strategies and goals. Kai also donates her time to support various local philanthropic initiatives. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Citizens’ Academy in Cleveland Ohio and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Coach Sam’s Inner Circle Foundation.
Jennifer L. Minks, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Vice President, Human Resources
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, and a Master’s of Business Administration. Prior to joining Advance Talent, Jennifer worked in the healthcare industry as well as for a legal services provider in human resources. In addition to her 17 years of experience in Human Resources, Jennifer holds a Senior Professional Human Resources certification (SPHR) and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). In 2014, Jennifer was a finalist for the HR Awards in the Business Leadership Category in Northeast Ohio.
Christine S. Steere, BSN
Director of Talent Management
Christine (Chris) Steere is the Director of Talent Management at Advance Talent. She holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Nursing (BSN), as well as a Bachelor Science in Biology, and has served in multiple roles in the fields of microbiology and nursing. In addition to her clinical experience, Chris has served on the management team for a legal service provider, overseeing medical-legal staff responsible for creating medical summaries to support claims and litigation involving health, illness and injury. Most recently, Chris was the Medical Division Director for Litigation Management, Inc., where she managed a staff of full time and PRN employees, working both in office and remotely. In addition to her clinical, litigation support and management experience, Chris has completed Six Sigma Greenbelt coursework through Villanova University and is currently pursuing continuing education in the area of Nursing Informatics.
